Cosmetic Dentistry
A beautiful smile is one of the most sought-after cosmetic options for our patients. When Dr. Gotsch asks, “Are you happy with your smile?” the most common reply is, “I wish my teeth were whiter.” In some instance we can help improve your smile with custom-fitted at-home whitening trays. Other times, Dr. Gotsch will suggest photos and impressions of your teeth; he discusses this information with his laboratory technician and then designs a treatment plan. Then he talks to the most important person about the treatment plan……YOU! Your opinion on what makes a smile beautiful is the most important opinion.

Dental Implants
We use dental implants to replace a single missing tooth, multiple teeth, or in some cases all your teeth. Dental implants are as close as we can come to mimicking your natural teeth. One of our patients in the Smile Gallery hadtwo of her six front teeth replaced with dental implants; can you pick out the patient?
Dr. Gotsch and his team of laboratory technicians and surgical specialists have helped hundreds of patients improve their bites and smiles with dental implants.

Bonding
Dental bonding is a procedure where Dr. Gotsch applies composite, which is tooth colored filling material, onto a tooth. He frequently uses dental bondingto improve a patient’s smile.
Dr. Gotsch doesn’t use silver fillings to repair teeth; instead, he bonds them with composite. Patients like the fact that it’s the same color as their teeth. Some patients even choose to replace their silver fillings with composite fillings.

Partial Dentures
A removable partial denture, oftentimes called a “partial,” can be a good option if you’re missing a few or even multiple teeth. Dr. Gotsch prefers to make partials with hard flexible plastic, rather than the old-fashioned type that have metal clips. Partials replace missing teeth, restore chewing, and improve smiles.

Full Mouth Reconstruction
We usually recommend complex full-mouth rehabilitation when patients have multiple problems in their mouths. We help people who are suffering from gum disease, discoloration, tooth decay, crooked teeth, and other problems, usually all at the same time.
Before we start your rehabilitation, we will need to do a thorough examination with X-rays to determine what treatments you will need. Since every mouth is different, we create a treatment plan just for you.

Porcelain Crowns
Porcelain crowns are sometimes an option to help rebuild a natural-looking, healthy smile.
Dr. Gotsch sometimes uses a combination of porcelain crowns and veneers to rebuild a patient’s smile. One of the patients in our Smile Gallery had their smile rebuilt with only porcelain crowns. Can you figure out which one?

Veneers
Porcelain Veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of porcelain designed to cover the front surface of teeth; they’re used for cosmetic improvement. Dr. Gotsch bonds veneers to the front of your teeth; he uses them to change tooth color, shape, size, and length. He’s also helped close small spaces between teeth with veneers.
We recommend this treatment to anyone experiencing discoloration that cannot be improved with whitening. Check out our Smile Gallery and see if you can pick out the patient who chose veneers to improve their smile.

Smile Makeover
A smile makeover uses porcelain crowns and veneers to help you love your smile. Each makeover is different. Dr. Gotsch starts by performing a thorough examination. He’ll take photographs of your smile and impressions of your teeth. Frequently he uses a special dental wax to sculpt a “mock-up,”or simulation, on a stone model of your teeth to help you visualize changes to your smile.
His experience and expertise in smile makeovers are important; equally important though is your opinion. So, he’ll ask for your input since we want you to not just be happy, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Our goal is to give you a healthy and happy smile; one that’s worthy of our Smile Gallery.
